FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I register for a course or workshop?

Choose a course or workshop on the website and email us at . We will confirm availability and ask you for the required details. We will then issue an invoice. Your reservation becomes binding once the full amount has been credited to the L-SP4CE account.

Can I join a course that has already started?

Yes, if a place is available. We will email you the current price for the remaining part of the course before you book.

Do you offer individual lessons?

Pilates: By prior arrangement, you can attend a one-off trial lesson if a place is available in the course.

K-pop: You can also arrange a one-off trial lesson in a regular K-pop course, subject to availability. We also run one-off workshops alongside our regular courses.

Are the lessons suitable for beginners?

Yes. The level is listed for each course or workshop.

Pilates lessons are taught so exercises can be adapted to each participant’s experience and abilities.

K-pop choreography is taught gradually, one section at a time, so it is suitable for complete beginners too.

What should I bring to Pilates?

Comfortable clothing, a drink and a towel. Mats are provided, so you do not need to bring your own.

What should I bring to K-pop?

Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, a drink and clean indoor sports shoes.

What if I cannot attend one lesson in a course?

Email your apology to at least 24 hours before the lesson starts.

If you notify us in time, you may arrange a one-off replacement in advance, subject to capacity and the nature of the lessons. This could mean attending another suitable L-SP4CE lesson or bringing a substitute participant to a lesson agreed in advance.

Any replacement must be approved in advance. A late apology or an unreported absence does not qualify for a replacement or financial compensation.

What if I cannot attend a one-off workshop?

Apologies and any changes to attendance at a one-off workshop are subject to the conditions stated for that workshop or to an individual agreement.

Can I transfer my course to someone else?

By prior arrangement, the unused remainder of a course can be transferred to another participant. The new participant must meet the course requirements, and L-SP4CE must approve the transfer in advance.

What if I cannot continue the course for health reasons?

In the case of serious health reasons, you may request to end your participation and receive a proportional refund for future lessons that will not take place.

We may ask you for a simple medical certificate showing that your health prevents you from continuing.

What if I have a health limitation?

Before the lesson, tell the instructor about anything that could affect the safe practice of exercise or dance. During the lesson, respect how you feel, and tell the instructor if you experience pain, nausea or another significant problem.

We recommend discussing any health limitations individually in advance.

Can minors take part?

Yes. Some L-SP4CE services are available to minors. The current minimum age for K-pop courses and workshops is 10.

The minor’s legal guardian is responsible for the booking, payment and important organisational communication. A minor may arrive or leave alone only if their legal guardian has given permission in advance.

What if I arrive late?

Please arrive on time. If the lesson is already in progress, the instructor may refuse entry depending on the situation if it is no longer possible to join safely or the late arrival would significantly disrupt the lesson.
