Dance · Pilates
I have danced since 1994 and taught dance since 2005. My journey has taken me from stage dance and competitive aerobics through hip hop and street dance to K-pop, where choreography, music, energy and expression come together. At L-SP4CE, I teach K-pop cover and original choreography, building each routine step by step so everyone can join in. I have also taught Pilates since 2013, focusing on precision, stability and quality of movement.

Studio instructor | L-SP4CE
I have danced since 1994, taught dance since 2005 and taught Pilates since 2013. At L-SP4CE, I bring my dance experience to K-pop and mindful movement.
I began with stage and expressive dance, then went on to explore competitive aerobics, breakdance, hip hop and street dance.
I competed in several disciplines, including the Czech Championships in stage dance, competitive aerobics and hip hop. I have always been drawn to choreography, expression and working with the stage as well as competition.
I have taught dance since 2005. From the beginning, I created choreography and prepared competition routines, including one for a children’s dance duo.
I began teaching street dance in Brno and founded my own group, QWERTz. Together, we moved from competitions towards original work, collaborative projects and performances. We appeared at events including the LIFE! Festival in Brno, the Masquerade Festival in Brno and Let’s Dance Festival in Prague. I also performed at the O2 arena and took part in a music video shoot.
I discovered K-pop in 2025. I love how it brings choreography, music, energy and visual expression together. In 2026, I also travelled to Seoul for inspiration at 1MILLION Dance Studio.
At L-SP4CE, I teach K-pop cover classes and original choreography. We work on rhythm, dynamics, coordination and expression, learning each routine step by step so beginners can join in too.
I first came to Pilates as a way to balance the long-term, one-sided physical demands of dance. Over time, it became a distinct way of working with the body, based on precision, movement control, stability and quality of execution.
I have taught Pilates since 2013, working with beginners and advanced participants on the mat and with equipment such as overballs, gym balls, magic circles and rollers. I focus on technique, posture, core engagement, mobility and individual corrections. The quality of movement matters more to me than the number of repetitions.
I have also taught Pilates for women after childbirth, focusing on the pelvic floor, back, posture and a safe return to movement. My further training includes foot and leg function, exercise, barefoot walking and running, and kinesiology taping for the foot and ankle.
Today, dance and Pilates are equally important parts of my work. Each develops coordination, strength, mobility and mindful body control in its own way.
