Dance · Pilates
I have danced since 1994 and taught dance since 2005. My journey has taken me from stage dance and competitive aerobics through hip hop and street dance to K-pop, where choreography, music, energy and expression come together. At L-SP4CE, I teach K-pop cover and original choreography, building each routine step by step so everyone can join in. I have also taught Pilates since 2013, focusing on precision, stability and quality of movement.

Pilates is a movement method based on precision, control and mindful execution.
It works with core stability, posture, coordination, mobility and the correct engagement of individual muscle groups. It also helps balance one-sided strain and unsuitable movement habits that can develop through sedentary work, sport or the long-term repetition of the same movements.
Pilates is not about who can complete more repetitions or perform a harder variation. What matters is understanding the movement and learning to execute it well.
Comfortable clothing, a drink and a towel. Mats are available at the studio.
Every lesson has a clear structure.
We begin by setting the body in its basic position, warming up the main muscle groups and starting to mobilise.
The main part of the lesson focuses on strength, stability, mobility, coordination and different areas of the body. Depending on the lesson, we work with body weight alone or use a range of Pilates equipment.
During the lesson, I move among participants, check execution and offer corrections or suitable variations as needed.
We finish by releasing and stretching the body.
Courses are structured as progressive series of lessons, so we can gradually develop what each individual is already able to do.
